• A diagnostic laboratory.
• A telemedicine provider.
• A substitute for an attending doctor or pharmacist.
• The operator of an independent Member pharmacy merely because that pharmacy is listed or participates in the P-Hub network.

P-Hub does not assume responsibility for patient care independently provided by a Member pharmacy, doctor, pharmacist, clinic, Supplier or other healthcare professional.

3. General Information Only

Content published through P-Hub is provided for general informational, educational, professional-reference or business purposes.

It is not intended to be a complete or patient-specific source of:

• Pharmaceutical advice.
• Diagnosis.
• Treatment recommendations.

P-Hub Member pharmacies and approved Suppliers are independently owned and operated unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

• Its dispensing and patient-care decisions.
• Its prices and commercial terms.
• Its licences and regulatory compliance.

Membership, Supplier approval, shared branding or directory inclusion does not automatically create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint-venture or healthcare-provider relationship with P-Hub.
