P-Hub Ordering Policy

1. Ordering

All orders must be placed through the official P-Hub Ordering Platform.
Orders submitted before the daily cut-off time of 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed on the same working day, subject to stock availability.
Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
All orders are subject to stock availability and final confirmation by P-Hub.

The minimum order value is RM800 per order.
Orders of RM800 and above qualify for FREE delivery within the standard delivery coverage area.
Orders below RM800 will be subject to a delivery charge determined by P-Hub.
Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or outstation locations.
P-Hub reserves the right to revise the minimum order value and delivery charges with prior notice.

Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders before submission.
Once an order has entered the picking and packing process, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Cancellation requests will only be considered before the order enters the picking and packing process.

Prices displayed on the platform are exclusive to registered P-Hub members.
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier price adjustments, market conditions, currency fluctuations or regulatory changes.
Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotion period and while stocks last.
In the event of a pricing error, P-Hub reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the affected order after informing the member.

Selected products on the P-Hub Ordering Platform may earn points for members.
Points accumulated by members may be redeemed to offset the value of the next invoice issued through the P-Hub Ordering Platform, provided that the next invoice amount before redemption is above RM800.00.
The redemption rate is 100 points = RM1.00 deduction.
Points can be accumulated and have no expiry date or due date.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points may only be used for purchases made through the P-Hub Ordering Platform and are subject to any applicable terms, conditions or restrictions set by P-Hub.
P-Hub reserves the right to amend the points earning, redemption rules or conversion rate with prior notice.

Credit facilities are available only to members with approved credit accounts.
Members without approved credit facilities must make full payment before goods are dispatched.
Overdue accounts may result in the suspension of credit facilities and ordering privileges until all outstanding balances have been settled.
P-Hub reserves the right to review or revise credit limits and payment terms at any time.

Delivery schedules may vary depending on the member's location and courier availability.
P-Hub will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe but shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Partial deliveries may occur when certain items are temporarily out of stock.
Outstanding or back-ordered items will be dispatched once the outstanding order value reaches the minimum order value of RM800, or together with the member's next qualifying order.
Members who require immediate delivery of outstanding items below RM800 may request a separate shipment, subject to the applicable delivery charges.

Out-of-stock items may be placed on back order unless the member requests otherwise.
Members will be notified if any ordered item is unavailable, discontinued or subject to extended lead times.
Back-ordered items will be supplied in accordance with the Delivery Policy.

Product availability displayed on the platform is indicative only and may change without prior notice.
P-Hub reserves the right to allocate limited stock fairly among members during periods of supply shortage.
P-Hub may substitute pack sizes or decline orders where products become unavailable, subject to the member's approval where applicable.

Prescription medicines, Pharmacy Medicines (P), Pharmacist Only Medicines and controlled medicines will only be supplied to licensed pharmacies in accordance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
Members are responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal, professional and regulatory requirements relating to the purchase, storage and supply of pharmaceutical products.

By placing an order through the P-Hub Ordering Platform, members acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Ordering Policy and any amendments issued by P-Hub from time to time.

During periods of product shortages, P-Hub reserves the right to allocate available stock fairly among members based on purchasing history, business requirements, product availability and operational considerations.
Stock allocation is intended to ensure equitable distribution, discourage stockpiling and maintain continuity of supply across the P-Hub member network.

P-Hub is established to strengthen the purchasing power of independent pharmacies through collective procurement.
Members are encouraged to source products available on the P-Hub Ordering Platform whenever commercially feasible.
Consistent participation enables P-Hub to negotiate better pricing, secure exclusive products, improve stock availability and strengthen supplier partnerships for the benefit of all members.
While this is not a mandatory purchasing requirement, members are encouraged to support the P-Hub network through regular purchasing whenever possible.
